Ashtanga Yoga BEGINNER:
YES! it is here!. The half PRIMARY SERIES. The foundation and building practice of all vinyasa and flow classes. This set sequence based on counts, breathe and focus, it is known as yoga therapy as it cleanses the body and mind from toxins. Bring your own towel as the class does get very sweaty and heated up. This is class will make you strong enough to handle a vinyasa class. It will be done in the traditional method and we will definitely get up to Navasana.
Date: SATURDAY, 11:45am. 12th of MAY.
Cost of 6wk course: Fls 140;-
Please note this is 1.25/ 1.5 hour class. Due to the intensity of the class, there will be limited space available.
Ashtanga Based FLOW:
Beginners are welcome. NO time to do the course yet? It is a great way to build into vinyasa and ashtanga led . If you want to work on postures in the ashtanga yoga, this class is also suitable for beginners. There is no need to sign up for this class . Just show up!.
We will have 2 classes during the week based on the Ashtanga method. WEDNESDAY at 5:30pm and TUESDAY at 8:30am.
TAI CHI & CHI GUNG LESSONS, 6 Week WORKSHOP:
A simple, efficient and effective method for helping you experience your optimal health , wellness and happiness, helping you heal physical and emotional pain enhancing the quality of your life and the lives of others.
Course : Saturday , 12th of MAY
Time: 8:00am
Course cost: 95;– + 1 free class.
Mindful Meditation & Pranayama( Breathing), level 2:
This 4 week course, has helped many over the years. Learn various concentration techniques , build a sold foundation towards meditation. Based on the method of Vipassana meditation.Level 2, is learning different breathing techniques which will help fall into meditation easier.

- Mindful Recovery PROGRAM:Gentle & Pranayama ( breathing exercises) are great for bring the body and mind back to balance. Effectively helping those who have breathing problems ,stress or who are going through Pain.Been through illness Cancer , osteoporosis, injury. Then this is the class. Great for pain management, pain in shoulders and neck.Will be held on .Yoga on a chair, belts and pillows will be used, to make the poses possible. STARTING: MONDAY , 4th of JUNE at 10:45am.
