Our teachers  are professionally trained & long time practitioners . They are knowledgeable in all aspects of their field & are respectful of each students needs & limitations.

We offer  guided instructions on aligning the body properly, to receive the optimum  stretch as well as  strength.  We teach the traditions of pranayama, which are  breathing techniques that helps  balance the body and mind.
Our meditation technique we offer is based on Mindfulness. A  practice which is widely  accepted and effective. It is the foundation for all other types of meditation.

Over the years we have become aware of  our client needs, we prefer not to chant in our classes and we avoid playing  fast or modern music in yoga classes .
We  do modify  the  postures to make it optimal  for the individual as best as possible.

Our clientele are mainly Corporations, patients injuries, atlethics and stress related issues .

Recommendations come from physiotherapist, therapist, coach trainers,  professional trainers, schools as well as doctors ,clinics and more.

We work with various charitable organizations such as Wilhelmina Fonds ( cancer foundation), Mi Abilidat , Kinderkrant and others.
