Policy:
-All our cards are 30 days valid.
We are closed on public holidays
Classes will be to our best of our ability substituted if the teacher has fallen ill or gone on holiday
-All membership and class cards have an expiration date and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Students are responsible for knowing when their class cards expire. This includes introductory offers.
ONE-on-ONe/Private Policy:
Pre-payment at time of booking is required or a debit card number must be provided as security.
Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of scheduled session will be charged in full.
WORKSHOP POLICY * Pre-payment in full is required at time of registration.
Refunds for cancellations up to two weeks prior to date of workshop, minus processing fee (varies by workshop).
Credit only is given for cancellations at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop.
No refunds, no credit less than seven (7) days of workshop.
If Kirtana168 cancels a workshop, a full credit or refund will be issued.
Kirtana168 reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.
