How easy is it to give up or keep up with something you love or would like to do? It takes effort to practice and keep up or even let go. So ,we are asking you to challenge your mind, without quiting or saying I do not have time.
We focus on developing effort and discipline. Training the mind is like training in the gym. Science is now proving that mindful meditation ad yoga are effective ways of helping the body and mind into developing a positive state of living. The key is in the practice. ….
Discipline: 6 weeks, 3 times a week.
1) meditation course.
2) Guided class ( any of the class at the center).
3) Develop personal practice. ( Zen Challenge Practice) You are given an individual sequence that is catered for you and you do your own practice adn get personal assistance when needed.
Rules of the Game:
Keep your daily life as is. Do not forcefully give up anything.
Be honest with yourself.
Do the practice.
Just show up.
They say it takes 21 days or 66 days to change a habit. We won’t promise you this guarantee, because everything depends on your honesty with yourself.
