Yoga for Beginners :
Doing yoga postures, known as Asanas are FUN-damental to all classes. Learn the basics of yoga and join any of the classes. Learn how to breathe properly and align the body and mind correctly.
We are particular in doing the yoga postures safely without harming or injuring the body. Postures(exercises) will be modified according to your needs. Yoga is for everyone, even for those who feel they cannot do it!. Try it out! we have blocks and straps. We also use special mats that can help you along the way.
