This is a class for everyone. Yoga done at a slower rhythm. Time to focus and concentrate on the pose, breathe as well as relaxing the mind. This is the original way of practicing yoga.
Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all classes. These classes typically consist of breathing, relaxation and practicing the different yoga poses more carefully , giving the body as well as the mind more time to adjust itself in the exercise , stimulating the internal organs, loosening between the joints, increasing the stretch and as well as the strength in a more lengthy time, developing a strong foundation. This class helps clear the mind, and balances one energy out. We do adjust in this class, we use blocks, straps as wellas other props to facilitate the clients needs in yoga.
WE OFFER an amazing compliment to Hatha yoga classes on Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday with meditation. Even for beginners.

We have an even gentler class based on MINDFULNESS.
This class will be modified to balance the body , gently stretch with conscious breathing.
Exercises are done with blocks, straps, blankets, chair yoga, bolster and many more , it facilitates the body and breathe to be better aligned. It is an effective to practice yoga and get it benefits.
This class is ideal for those who have Silver age ( 60+), injuries, back pain, scoliosis, knee pain, arthritis , osteoporosis , insomnia, headaches, anxiety ,stress , depression , post operation, after care for cancer patients
