Our class is aimed at teaching children how

- Encourage their motor skills
-How to listen mindfully.
-How to stretch their body
-How to improve their concentration through simple games.
- How to relax for themselves.
-Offer an environment that will encourage to build their self confidence, courage and even how to share with others.
Our setting at Kirtana168 is peaceful and based on mindfulness which is being more popular in schools in the united states and other parts of the world.In some of the classes arts and crafts is included.
Kids classes start from 4 till 10yrs old. Our teachers are certified from various parts of the world.
