Yoga geared for moms who just delivered. Yoga is an effective way for moms to get BACK into shape after delivery. You can start from the moment the doctor gives you the ok. Baby yoga, is still fairly unknown on the island, it is BENEFICIAL for the baby as it works on stretching and relieves cramps for babies.
You can start anytime. The reason it is in the morning, as it is geared for mothers before returning to work. Every Monday at 10am!
After that we have classes for the crawlers and walkers.
