This postnatal class designed to shape the body back
. Often after pregnancy , it takes a while to bring back a rhythm and shape the body back.

We are conscious of your needs as well as the babies. Moms need taking care of well.
This class is for moms who have been given the ok from their doctors to start .

To be perfectly honest, I was a bit skeptical about the Mommy & Baby Yoga class… Until Decklan, exactly on the day the class was supposed to start,was being a big ol’ fussy (=bored?) baby and I thought “Hey, let’s share the stress” and joined the class. It turned out GREAT! Decklan actually seems to like all the Baby Yoga ‘exercises’ (=not bored?) and I get in a few sun salutations at the least and major muscle soreness from for example squatting with the little (=heavy) one or anything else our yogic mistress of pain (=Kirti) can come up with! In between it’s all Mommy&Baby bonding, laughter and usually some kind of relaxation mixed with commiseration and shared WTF’s?!?!?! :) In short: I love it!
