Our pregnancy class   ( zwangerschap yoga ) is for  every trimester.

-Stretch & strengthen the body.

-Keep the hips aligned.

-Learn special breathing techniques foe every stage of labour, till birthing.

-Learn exercises which are effective for any aches or body adjustments due to pregnancy, such as lower back pain, sciatic pain and more.

-Partner classes will be arranged , to give your partner the courage and strength to help you through labour.

- Learn how to use your breath awareness throughout your pregnancy, to help shortness of breath.

-Learn  tips and techniques that have been passed down from other clients that can help all pregnant ladies.

  Our classes  have  proven to be effective  in its approach towards pregnancy in terms of mindfully moving the body and the conscious  breathing techniques it incorporates.

We also work with the partners giving them practical tips and techniques to help their partners through the labour process. We normally tend to have such a class end of each month.

When can you start pregnancy yoga ( zwangerschap yoga)?
