Power Yoga

Level 2. For the experienced beginners. It is similar to asthanga or vinyasa yoga, the only difference is the flow of poses is always different. Vinyasa is a well thought out sequence working on various parts of the body as we move with our breathe. The intention of vinyasa is to build internal heat which is detoxifying and stimulating the blood circulation. The constant flow builds a concentration that can bring the mind to calmness. More rigorous, and sweaty. All levels welcome.
