Yoga for everyone. A touch of difference. Want a flow class yet with a flavour of Hatha? Then this the class for you. Great also for beginners!

Hatha Flow is blend between vinyasa ( milder version of power yoga) and hatha yoga. Vinyasa is actually flowing through poses through a well thought out sequence. The sequence may be on balance, stretching, strengthening and aligning the body. It Is not a fast class as we focus deeper on the aligning ourselves correctly in the poses. This is an absolutely great way to begin towards POWER yoga or even just when the body wants to move without feeling the intensity of a vinyasa class.
