Vinyasa yoga is POWER yoga. A typical class is a dynamic flow sequence of exercises, through the intense stretching and strengthening , concentration in is built. Poses can be modified. This 1 hour class is energizing, invigorating and at the same time very detoxing. Be prepared to sweat.

The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”.
It is a series of poses linked together in a sequence; this can range from focusing on very specific parts of the body, muscle. Tones the body , generate enough heat in the body to stretch the muscles intensely and build strength & Stamina.
We offer three types of VINYASA classes:
VINYASA ( POWER ) this is a more rigorous flow, moving a little quicker in and out of the poses.The sun salutations A& B from Asthanga yoga are frequently practiced in this class. This class feels more fast paced. Builds concentration and endurance. People who enjoy fitness such as gym goers tend to enjoy these classes more. ( also known as flow vinyasa)
HATHA FLOW ( POWER YOGA FOR BEGINNERS): a gentler flow vinyasa. This class we hold the yoga poses a little longer, intensifying the stretch a little deeper. Beginners welcome
CORE VINYASA: The discipline of strength training through core exercises. This form of vinyasa, allows us to keep the body FIT as well as our mind. Beginners welcome
Overall energize, detoxify, stretch, and strengthen your body.
We have classes everyday except for FRIDAY & SUNDAY.
