The Meaning of VINYASA.
The word Vinyasa one of the meanings is “breath-synchronized movement”.
It is a series of poses linked together in a well thought of sequence; flow sequences are always different and work on various parta of the body, whether it is to stretch or strengthen the body. Kick up a sweat and stretch intensely. detoxify the body and feel relaxed after the class!. We have classes from beginners to advanced.
THESE CLASSES ARE GREAT FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO SPORT AND BE ACTIVE. Many professional athletes have incorporated yoga into their practice not only to improve their flexibility but their game as well. We offer three types of VINYASA classes:
HATHA FLOW: A GENTLER WAY TO BUILD YOUR STAMINA & FLEXIBILITY . This class we hold the yoga poses a little longer between the sequence flow, intensifying the stretch a little deeper.Great start for beginners.
Tuesday @ 815am & Monday @ 630pm
FLOW VINYASA this is a more rigorous CLASS moving a little quicker in and out of the poses. Building internal heat, that leads to detoxifying the body with concentration and endurance. INTENSE FLEXIBILITY & STRENGTH. People who enjoy fitness such as gym goers tend to enjoy these classes more. Classes almost everyday, come after work. We have placed the classes purposely this way, so that by the time yu are home you cane completely relaxed.
CORE VINYASA: The discipline of strength training through core exercises, yet increasing flexibility. Great for keeping our back strengthened. This form of vinyasa, allows us to keep the body FIT as well as our mind. Beginners welcome
Overall energize, detoxify, stretch, and strengthen your body.
We have classes everyday except for FRIDAY.
