Tips for practice

TIPS  For Practice:
Kindly arrive  5 minutes in advance to sign up. Set up the mat  silently . We have Mats to rent ( for Charity) ,  we do  encourage you to bring your own mat.
Do not drink or at least  2 hours  in advance. Yoga does  stimulate us to sweat ,  please  wear light clothes, not tight. Bring a towel .
Enter the room quietly, relax on the floor or even meditate till the class is about to start.This will encourage your practice far more.
Please prevent spraying heavy perfume on the body prior to class, it can be disruptive.
Please put all mobile phones on silent. If you have an emergency  please keep the phone next to you on silent or better yet, leave it  by the receptionist and inform her.
If you reach late, kindly enter the room  silently and unrole  the mat  silently.
Try and do you practice quietly,  try to prevent  talking while exercising.
