Make the most of it.

This is my motto when I work with clients.

As a woman of many cultures and has faced many uncertainties, the key to thrive is to know how to...

be flexible, understanding and calm when communicating under pressure and in our differences.

Brief intro.

What once felt like a frustration and often an inner conflict on how, when and who to be, would someday become a strength.

Hi, I'm Kirti.  I learnt to see how being part of many cultures can quickly shape and change the way I communicate in different environments, circumstances and challenges.  Today, I share with teams, individuals and often caregivers how to simplify and work with sensitivities, and most of all how to stay calm to communicate under pressure.

I've been giving many labels for my talents as Communication Strategist, an author, and a listener...but that is not what really mattered for me.

What does is...

For years, I taught yoga, and had to quickly realize that it's not physical posture would help with stress but addressing situations like:

  1. They would tell me about the meeting that had gone wrong.
  2. The relationship that needed something.
  3. The conversation they had been putting off for months.

They needed a non-judgmental space.

So I had to be flexible and adaptable...

and start asking questions instead of giving advice. By doing this we naturally restore the internal confidence and trust with ourselves.

And this is an asset.

It rarely works when we try to fake it. But if we knew how to share our experience, perspective and even expertise in a simplified way. We can reduce

The cost of burn out and exhaustion which Organisations face.

We simplify the information fatigue when working with various communication styles at the same time :generate ai, various generations.

We reduce misunderstandings, frustrations when we find ourselves in a conflict or disagreement, or when may get angry or avoid it all together.

The key is not more tools, but greater internal understanding.

This builds trust ,connection and adapt and adopt changes easier.

What P.A.U.S.E.

Actually is...

Based on an ancient wisdom practice, it's a practical tool to organise, structure and choose  how  deal with pressure, sensitivities and overwhelm.

The Pause has 5 points on how to pivot and purpose work with negative emotions, and thoughts about a situation, or person.

This tool doesn't just look at habits, but condition and situational circumstances as well.

It helps with having clarity to actually think about what you actually want to say , and how to say it in a way that connects.

And it can help you all in a bout 10 seconds, which is the space between the moment you get all the information to the way you want to respond.

Other benefits

Strengthen resilience, navigate risk, clarity on making decision. Supportive control over external influences.

Temper and develop an emotional maturity to communicate with various stakeholders, and personal relationships.

My conversation with Kirti was a blessing, it really made me tune down and see the bigger picture a little. To just let go a little instead of trying to control and just be.

"It's always been a great sort of pause throughout the week to come to these sessions. And take part and get some things off my chest that I've never really spoken about before or haven't shared with people before.

The are just some of the emotions our clients feel when they want to express their views, have to take on a more public role or in the midst of making a change in their life or career and want some guidance.  I work with individuals, leaders, and organisations.

I have worked with teams at Google, Morgan Stanley, and the UK Department of Transport.

With individuals, I've supported candidates going up for key roles in their association on how to position themselves and communicate with various stakeholders. I've helped women transitioning into building their presence by customizing their digital assets.
