Think.Talk.Thrive.
More information. More opinions. More decisions. So, how do you make sense of it all?
We have access to more information, advice, opinions and perspectives than ever before. We can search for an answer, ask AI, read another article, listen to a podcast, watch a video or ask five people what they think. And yet, sometimes, the more information we have, the harder it becomes to decide what we actually think.
Book your PAU…SE IntroYou might find yourself:
- Going over a conversation long after it has ended, wondering whether you said the right thing.
- Having something important to say but struggling to organise your thoughts when the moment arrives.
- Second-guessing a decision because everyone seems to have a different opinion.
- Finding it difficult to explain your position without overexplaining or becoming defensive.
- Holding back in a meeting, an unfamiliar environment or a conversation where you don’t feel heard.
- Knowing what you want, but not knowing how to approach the person or situation.
- Looking for advice when what you really need is to work out what makes sense to you.
These are not necessarily problems with your knowledge or ability.
Sometimes, you have enough information. What you need is a better way to process it.
You don’t need another opinion. You need to know what to do with the ones you already have.
Think about the last time you were in a difficult conversation.
Perhaps someone challenged your decision. Perhaps you were asked a question you weren’t expecting. Perhaps you disagreed with someone but couldn’t quite explain why.
You might have had several thoughts running through your head:
Should I say something? Will they misunderstand me? Am I overreacting? What if I get this wrong?
By the time you’ve worked through all those thoughts, the opportunity to respond may have passed.
Or perhaps you responded quickly and only afterwards realised what you actually wanted to say.
This is where how you think, what you say and how you show up matter.
The ability to make sense of a situation, consider different perspectives, recognise what matters to you and communicate your position is useful in everyday life, relationships and professional situations.
And it is something you can work on.
Meet PAU…SE
A practical way to think, talk and be original.
PAU…SE is my approach to helping you make sense of situations before deciding how to respond.
It gives you a way to slow down your thinking, look at what’s happening from different perspectives, ask better questions and work out what you want to say or do.
It is not about following a script, learning clever phrases or changing your personality to fit in.
It’s about understanding your own way of thinking and communicating, and becoming more aware of how you approach different people, situations and environments.
Because the way you speak to a colleague may be different from how you speak to a friend, a stranger, a client or someone who challenges you.
Context matters. So does knowing what you want to communicate.
With PAU…SE, we work on:
Think
Understand what is going through your mind, what is influencing your response and what deserves your attention.
Talk
Organise your thoughts and find ways to communicate what you mean, particularly when the conversation is difficult.
Be Original
Recognise your own style, point of view and way of showing up, rather than relying on someone else’s formula.
The aim is to help you become sharper in how you think, more considered in how you respond and clearer in how you communicate.
How can PAU…SE help?
Difficult conversations are uncomfortable. The tight chest, the second-guessing, the urge to say too much or to say nothing at all. PAU…SE doesn’t pretend that discomfort away. It helps you understand what’s behind it and turn it into something you can use: a clear view of what you think and a way to say it.
Sharper
You get clearer on what you actually think, what you want and what matters, before you respond. Less going round in circles, more knowing where you stand.
More observant
You notice more of what’s happening: the people, the context, the tone, what’s being said and what isn’t. That makes it easier to read a room and choose how to show up in it.
Able to discern
With AI, endless advice and an opinion on everything, the skill that counts is knowing what’s useful, what’s noise and what’s truly yours. PAU…SE helps you sort it, so technology supports your thinking instead of replacing it.
Ready for the hard conversations
You learn to work through the discomfort and say what you mean without overexplaining or getting defensive, so the conversations you used to dread become ones you can walk into.
You might use it when:
You need to make a decision.
You have several options, plenty of advice and no clear sense of which direction makes sense. We work through the different perspectives, questions and considerations so you can make a more considered decision.
You want to speak up.
You disagree with something, want to challenge an assumption or need to explain your position. We look at what you want to communicate and how to approach the conversation.
You are meeting someone new.
You want to introduce yourself, talk about your work or make a connection without sounding rehearsed. We explore how you present yourself, what you want people to understand and how to engage in a natural way.
You feel misunderstood or overlooked.
You have tried to explain yourself, but the message isn’t getting through. We look at the situation, the people involved and how your communication may be received.
You are dealing with different perspectives.
You are working with people from different backgrounds, cultures, generations or ways of thinking. We explore how to understand the context without losing your own position.
These are everyday situations. But how you handle them can make a difference to your decisions, your relationships and the way you are understood.

We will look at a situation, question or communication challenge that is relevant to you. You’ll have an opportunity to explore how you are thinking about it, consider different perspectives and work out what you want to say or do next.
It’s also an opportunity to see whether my approach is right for you.

A little about how I work
I’m Kirti, a communication strategist.
My work sits at the intersection of thinking and communication. I help people make sense of situations, organise their thoughts and work out how to communicate what matters to them.
I’ve lived and worked across different cultures and environments, and I know that how we communicate is not simply about the words we use. Context, expectations, relationships and the people involved all play a part.
I bring that understanding into my work, along with practical exercises, thoughtful questions and the PAU…SE approach.
I won’t give you a script to repeat or tell you that there is one right way to communicate.
I want you to understand your own approach, recognise other perspectives and make more deliberate choices about what you say and how you say it.
One last thought
You can have all the information in the world and still be unsure what to do with it.
You can know exactly what you want to say and still struggle to say it when the moment comes.
The point isn’t to know everything or get every conversation right.
It’s to become more aware of how you think, how you communicate and how you respond when it matters.
